When you renew your support plan, you’ll receive the following benefits for a full year from the renewal date:

• Phone and email support, available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM (EST)

• Remote access troubleshooting

• Access to all major and minor software releases for Facilis servers and supported client platforms

Facilis Total Care – Hardware & Software Coverage
Facilis Total Care provides comprehensive coverage for both hardware and software on systems up to 5 years from the original shipment date. 

After 5 years of Total Care eligibility, you can continue to purchase Software Support coverage.

Note: Your server’s serial number can be found on the back or side of the unit.
