Renewing your Support Agreement is the only way to obtain a new software version and ensure access to our dedicated Technical Staff.
What does a Software Support Agreement include?
For one full year from the date of your support renewal, you will receive:
- Phone and email support from 8am to 8pm (EST) M-F
- Remote access troubleshooting
- Major and minor release licenses for Facilis servers and client software updates for supported client platforms
Facilis Total Care (Hardware & Software Coverage) is offered for our customers who have expired software and hardware coverage. The Total Care package includes a discount when renewing both hardware and software coverage at the same time. Hardware warranty extensions include all hardware items in Facilis servers, including motherboard, power supplies and any internal expansion cards. While covered under our hardware warranty extension, Facilis will also extend the Facilis drive warranty for up to 5 years of total coverage.*
The serial number is located on the back of the server on the silver label or on the side of the server on the black label. After we receive your email, a form will be sent back to you with instructions and payment options.
