Renewing your support agreement is easy!

Wondering what a Software Support Agreement entails?

When you renew your support, you'll enjoy these benefits for a full year from the renewal date:

  • Phone and email support available from 8am to 8pm (EST) Monday to Friday.
  • Remote access troubleshooting.
  • Major and minor release licenses for Facilis servers and client software updates for supported client platforms.

If you're interested in comprehensive coverage, explore our Facilis Total Care package. This option is designed for customers with expired software and hardware coverage. It provides a discount when renewing both hardware and software coverage together. Hardware warranty extensions encompass all components in Facilis servers, including the motherboard, power supplies, and internal expansion cards. Moreover, under the hardware warranty extension, we extend the Facilis drive warranty for up to 5 years of total coverage.*

The serial number is located on the back of the server on the silver label or on the side of the server on the black label. After we receive your email, a form will be sent back to you with instructions and payment options.
